Hiroaki Nakanishi

Hiroaki Nakanishi (Japanese中西 宏 明, Hiroaki Nakanishi, * March 14, 1946 Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture) is a Japanese manager.

Life

Nakanishi studied engineering at Tokyo University and computer science at Stanford University in California. Since 1970, Nakanishi has worked for the company Hitachi, where he is Managing Director and President since April 2010 (代表 执行 役 执行 役 社长, Daihyō shikkōyaku shikkōyaku shachō, Eng. Representative Executive Officer and President ).

Position on nuclear energy

Less than a month after the Fukushima nuclear disaster, in which among other things built by Hitachi reactor was destroyed, Nakanishi declared on 6 April 2011, the concerns of the residents would not dissuade Japan from the path of the expansion of nuclear energy. It is indeed more difficult to gain the support of local residents, but it is impossible for Japan, not to give up nuclear energy.
