Hiroshi Kaneda

Hiroshi Kaneda (Japanese金田 宏, Kaneda Hiroshi ) ( born 1953 ) is a Japanese astronomer.

In the period 1987-2008 Hiroshi Kaneda has discovered together with his colleague Seiji Ueda 705 asteroids. In 2008, both were thus have discovered in 16th place of all the asteroids astronomers.

Due to his achievements, the asteroid ( 4677 ) Hiroshi has been named after him.
