Hispano-Ãrabe
The Hispano- Arab is a Warmblood horse breed, the (more precisely: Pura Raza Española, PRE) from the Andalusian bred by crossbreeding with Arabian thoroughbred.

Exterior
The external appearance of the breed is different yet strong at the moment, because it matters what race dominates. This goes from the pike head, until Roman nose. The size is approximately between 155-165 cm shoulder height and except piebald All colors are permitted. The horses of this breed may have outwardly significant differences, depending on whether Arabs or PRE dominate. The breed standard calls for a purebred Arabian share of at least 25%.
Interior
Hispano- Arabs considered to be very persistent and willing to perform. In dealing they prove to be very extroverted and fearless. You attributed to a human -related, even temperament, so they are classified as treatable horse race. In the keeping of horses of this breed is paid to a human caregiver, in boxing pose on the presence of other horses. The animals are sensitive to force feed.
Hispano- Arabs have a fast and light-footed gait. Due to the strong movement urge eighth horse owners on them regularly to move and deal with. The animals are considered to be intelligent and agile, which is why they are also used for mounted bullfighting.
Breeding history
At the end of the 18th century, the Pura Raza Española ( PRE) began in Spain by crossbreeding with Arabian thoroughbred lighter, more agile and bred to breed. Since 1986 the Hispano- Arab is done in a separate studbook. The registered horses show a minimum 25% share of Arabs.
Since the right " young " stud book has not yet been closed, licensed PREs with licensed purebred Arabians (VA) are crossed - the corresponding VA content is given in the papers in percentages and the name (eg Ultraje 50%). The breed description in Spain is less detailed. It is important to a harmonious appearance, light but expansive movements, endurance, intelligence.
