Hispasat 1C

Hispasat 1C is a television satellite of the Spanish satellite operator Hispasat. The program offer is aimed primarily at residents of the Iberian Peninsula.

Hispasat 1C was promoted on 3 February 2000 from the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, the Space Centre in Florida, aboard an Atlas rocket into space.

Reception

The satellite can be received in Europe, North America and South America.

The transmission is in the Ku- band.
