Hitler 's Reign of Terror ( German: Hitler's reign of terror ) is considered the first anti-Nazi film. He appeared in 1934 in the U.S.. Director of the film was 55 minutes long, Michael Mindlin, script author Edwin C. Hill, camera Cornelius Vanderbilt Jr.. The film had on 30 April 1934 at the Mayfair Theatre in New York City Premiere. In the spirit of good economic relations between the United States and the German Reich the film in New York was canceled in Chicago, the film was no longer even shown under pressure from the German consul.

The film includes original material from interviews and re-enacted interviews. The name of the actors in the re-enactment interviews are not yet determined.

In 2013, so far the only known film role of 1939 drawn copy was discovered in a Cinematek in Brussels, which will be shown for the first time in October 2013.
