Hitomi Nakamichi

Hitomi Nakamichi (Japanese中道 瞳, Hitomi Nakamichi; born September 18, 1985 in Jōyō ) is a Japanese volleyball player. She won the bronze medal at the 2012 Olympic Games.

Career

Nakamichi began her career at Kyoto Tachibana High School. In 2004 she came to Toray Arrows. Four years later she won with the club a domestic double of cup win and championship. 2009 and 2010 followed by two more championship titles. With the Japanese national team setter was third in the 2010 World Cup. During the Asia Cup 2011 Japan reached the second place. Nakamichi 2012 took part in the London Olympics and won the bronze medal.
