The HK Neman Grodno ( white russian ХК Нёман Гродна, Russian ХК Неман Гродно / Neman Grodno ) is a Belarusian ice hockey club from Grodno, who plays in the Belarusian Extraliga. The club was founded in 1988 and plays its home games in the arena of Grodno, which offers 2,700 spectators.

History

1988 was founded on the basis of two existing ice hockey club, " SchWSM Grodno " and " SKIF - SchWSM Minsk ," the club under the name of " Progress- SchWSM Hrodna " new. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the club was renamed Neman Grodno in 1991 and is a member since 1993 of the new Belarusian league.
