HMS Intrepid
HMS Intrepid was the name of eight warships of the Royal Navy:
- The first HMS Intrepid was a captured French ship of the line in 1747.
- The second HMS Intrepid was a ship of the line, which was commissioned in 1770.
- The third HMS Intrepid was a 1780 put into service Sloop.
- The fourth HMS Intrepid was a scout ship, which entered service in 1850.
- The fifth HMS Intrepid was a brig, which was put into service in 1855.
- The sixth HMS Intrepid was a protected cruiser of the Apollo class, which was placed in service in 1891 and 1918, sunk as a block ship in Zeebrugge.
- The seventh HMS Intrepid was a destroyer that was commissioned in 1936.
- The eighth HMS Intrepid was a landing ship, which entered service in 1967.
