Hoch Ducan

The Hoch Ducan, on the Roman side Piz Ducan, is a 3063 meter high mountain in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. The mountain range forms a southern bar in the Sertigtal, but the east of the massif further leads to Sertigpass, and includes in a northeasterly direction, the two side peaks Plattenflue ( 3013 m) and lunch Horn ( 2735 m). Close to the southwest on the Chlein Ducan ( 3004 m, Romanesque Ducan Pitschen ) and the Ducan glacier ( 3020 m, Romanesque Ducan Dador ). The whole mountain range is on the community areas of the municipalities Davos ( German) and Berguen ( Romansh ).
