Hoch-Ybrig
The high -Ybrig is a hiking and winter sports resort in the canton of Schwyz in Switzerland (municipalities Unteriberg, Oberiberg ). Ybrig is the local dialect form of Iberg.
The high -Ybrig is dominated by the peaks of the Drusberg ( 2'282 m above sea level. M. ), forestry and Twäriberg. This mountain range forms a border ridge from the Muotatal and Glarus.
Railways
A cableway leads from Weglosen ( 1'035 m above sea level. M. ) in the valley of the Waag, can be reached from Unteriberg ago by car, to Seebli ( 1,460 m above sea level. M. ), located at the foot of rye stocks. From Seebli from chairlifts on the mountain stations Spirstock ( 1'771 m above sea level. M. ) and stars (1856 m).
Culture
Since 2001, the Open Air Hoch-Ybrig takes place in high -Ybrig each June.
