The Hochfelln is a mountain in the Bavarian Alps with an elevation of 1674 meters above sea level with mountains in the Upper Bavarian district of Traunstein. A neighboring mountain is the Hochgern.
Tourism
The summit can be climbed on foot, but it also leads the high fur cable car from Bergen with a stop halfway up ( Bründlingalm ) 47.7690212.56982 to the top. Immediately adjacent to the summit cross is the Hochfellnhaus, the highest gastronomic operation in Chiemgau. A chapel is right next to the summit. It burned in the winter of 1971 from in a storm and was rebuilt. An ascent of mountains is the footpath No 10 of Weißachental. From Ruhpolding, the rise of the straw cutting is possible for slip-resistant, lighter and less likely to crash is the way of the Thoraualm. 47.750512.57231
