Hochsprung mit Musik

High jump with music was the name of a high jump meeting, which was held from 1977 to 2014 a year usually in February in the sports hall at the Jahn Sportpark in Arnstadt.

After the competitions were dominated in the early years almost exclusively from local athletes, the event attracted since the German reunification regularly top international athletes, including numerous world and Olympic champion.

In 2006, Sweden's Kajsa Bergqvist in Arnstadt with a skipped height of 2.08 m has an indoor world record.

On 8 February 2014, the event was held for the 38th and final time, after no successor to outgoing Meeting Director Hubertus Triebel had been found.
