Hoffmaestro & Chraa

Hoffmaestro (also known as Hoff & Chraa ) is an eleven-member Ska-/Reggae-Band from Stockholm.

History

The eleven members of Hoffmaestro met in the 1990s in Stockholm know and wrote the first songs that united the various musical backgrounds of the band members. In 2005 they released the movie Stockholm Boogie, to which she wrote the screenplay and the soundtrack. The title song of the film was Desperado, a subsequent single by the band. In the following years, two EPs were released and the video released for 2006 Single Young Dad was nominated for the Grammis. In 2008, the album The Storm was released. The single Highway One from the same album was successful until 2010, but by 2012 reached double - platinum status.

After the band toured extensively in 2009 and 2010 and 2010, the most touring band in Sweden, the album skank -a- tronicpunkadelica was released in October 2010. 2010 also was the first album The Storm which in Sweden 's third most played album on Spotify behind their latest albums by Lady Gaga and Eminem.

Style

Hoffmaestro mix a variety of genres such as ska, reggae, techno, funk and country. They themselves call their style skank -a- tronicpunkadelica.
