Hohatzenheim
Hohatzenheim is a municipality and a place of pilgrimage with 206 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the department of Bas- Rhin in Alsace region of France. Comes a first historical mention of the year 786. The place was also mentioned as " Azzenheim " or " Atzne ".
The community is a member of the Communauté de communes du Pays de la anger.
Sanctuary
Surrounded by an agricultural zone is a three-aisled pilgrimage church. In 1888 it was restored. In 1916 - at that time was the First World War - she was close to decay and needed to be replaced.
