Hohentramm is a district of the municipality Beetzendorf in Altmark Salzwedel in Saxony- Anhalt, Germany.

Geography

Hohentramm is located approximately 15 kilometers south of the county town Salzwedel. The highest point is 53 meters of Bornberg in Stapen.

The area " Moorweide " near the hamlet Stapen is designated as conservation area (No. DE 3,232,304, FFH0253 ).

History

Due to a change in the contract area, the municipal council of the municipality Hohentramm decided on 2 October 2008 that the community Hohentramm is incorporated into the community Beetzendorf. This agreement was approved by the county as a lower municipal supervisory authority and entered into force on 1 January 2009.

After incorporation of the previously autonomous municipality Hohentramm Hohentramm, Stapen and Siedengieben districts of the municipality Beetzendorf were. For powered finished my community the village constitution according to § § 86 et seq of the Municipal Code of Saxony -Anhalt has been introduced. The municipality is my finished Hohentramm and future districts Hohentramm, Stapen and Siedengieben been to the village of the receiving community Beetzendorf. In the eingemeindeten community and nunmehrigen village Hohentramm a Ortschaftsrat was formed with five members, including mayor.
