Hohtälli

The Hohtälli is a peak on the ridge between the stock horn and the Gornergrat, 5 km south-east of Zermatt, Canton Valais.

The summit was operated with 4 aerial cable cars: from Gornergrat, Gant ( Gant Hohtälli cable car ) from the Red Nose (very short cable car with only a height difference of 40 m) and the stock horn. The cable cars from the Gornergrat and Stockhornstrasse end of April 2007 were adjusted. To replace a mid-weight, snow connecting slope from Hohtälli to Gifthüttli slope was created. A coming of Triftji drag lift serves as a replacement for the cable car to stock horn. He was taken in winter 2007/2008 into operation.
