Hollomon–Jaffe parameter

The Hollomon - Jaffe parameter

Describes the effect of heat treatment a, the start attempt. It is a function of the event duration t and the tempering temperature T. In this unit not consistent formula is the temperature T in ° C and the time t in hours. C is a material-dependent constant. Different combinations of time and temperature of heat treatment can give identical Hollomon parameter; the occasion effect is then also comparable.
