Homer vs. Lisa and the 8th Commandment

The Eighth Commandment (English title: . Homer vs. Lisa and the 8th Commandment ) is the 13th episode of the second season and so the 26th episode of The Simpsons. She won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program ( For Programming Less Than One Hour ) in 1991.

Action

Homer learns of a television technician who can give him some money for illegal cable TV and seizes the opportunity immediately. The new channels offer entertainment for the whole family, but then get Bart and Lisa in Sunday school all over hell and learn that you can avoid it if you follow the Ten Commandments. While Bart the matter does not matter Lisa plagues then the bad conscience, but her father is contrary to the cable theft against the eighth commandment. Only Marge takes Lisa's fears seriously, while Homer invites all his colleagues for a boxing match, which is transmitted on cable TV. But in the end he remembers still on his duty as a father and as the family waits gathered outside the house, while the guests inside look at the boxing match. After Homer cuts through the cable by hand (but also ensures the entire neighborhood for a power failure).
