Hong Kong Disneyland (Chinese香港 迪士尼 乐园/香港 迪士尼 乐园, Pinyin Xiānggǎng Díshìní Leyuan, Cantonese hoeng1 gong2 dik6 si6 nei4 lok6 jyun4 ) is the fifth leisure complex of the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts division of The Walt Disney Company. It is located in Penny Bay, the northeastern tip of Lantau Iceland in Hong Kong, People's Republic of China. The opening took place on 12 September 2005.

The resort includes a Disney theme park, two hotels ( Disneyland Hotel and Disney 's Hollywood Hotel ) and various Restauraunts, shops and entertainment venues.

The theme park consists of four different countries ( Main Street USA, Adventureland, Fantasyland and Tomorrowland ). The total area is 126 hectares, of which 54 fall hectares (about 43 %) to the theme park. The resort is now the smallest of the world's currently 5 Disney parks.

The Hong Kong government holds a 57 % stake in the 3.5 billion dollar project.

Access is through the Disneyland Resort Line of the Mass Transit Railway.
