Honorary Citizen of Europe
Honorary Citizen of Europe is a distinction that is awarded by the European Heads of State and Government at the European Council for outstanding service to the organization, cooperation and enlargement of the European Union. The ceremony will take place not in a temporal basis. So far it has only been awarded to two people.
