Hornberg (Dautphetal)

The Hornberg is a 451 m high mountain in the Damshäuser peaks in the German state of Hesse.
Location
The mountain lies between peace village and Herzhausen in the center of the village on the east bank of the Dautphetal Dautphe and belongs to the Western dam crests houses. Adjacent surveys are the Eichelhardt ( 465 m), in the southeast of the pig's head ( 473 m) and 306 m in the north to be high pre- summit on the Breitenlohe in the east.
The Hornberg is covered by mixed forest. Several forest roads and paths open up the area, a path leads from the west to just below the summit.
