Hörsel (Verwaltungsgemeinschaft)

The administrative community Hörsel was an administrative community in the Thuringian district of Gotha. The seat of 70.46 km ² and last 4908 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2010) counted management community was Hörselgau.

History

The management community was founded on 18 March 1994 by a merger of seven municipalities to perform their administrative business. Involved in the establishment were the seven independent at the time, communities Unteraspach, Fröttstädt, Hörselgau, Lauchagrund, Mechterstädt, Teutleben and Trügleben. It was preceded by the Thüringer regulation establishing the administrative community Hörsel of 21 February 1994 ( GVBl p. 291 ) for administrative simplification. The administrative community bears the name of the eponymous river Hörsel and has its headquarters in Fröttstädt. The management communities Hörsel Aces and Lauchagrund - Mechterstädt were dissolved under the new foundation.

The Thuringian Regulation on the extension of the administrative community Hörsel of 10 August 1995 ( GVBl S. 297 ) made ​​it possible that the management community could be extended by 23 September 1995 at the church Metebach. The Thuringian law on the restructuring circle, national communities (Thuringian municipality reorganization law - ThürGNGG - ) of 23 December 1996 regulated that the management community could be expanded on 1 January 1997 at the then independent municipalities Ebenheim and wine garden.

Through the Thuringian Regulation on the change of the seat of the administrative community Hörsel of 20 October 2003 ( GVBl S. 488 ), the Thuringian Ministry of Interior of the administrative community gave their consent to transfer of its seat of the municipality Fröttstädt in the community Hörselgau November 7, 2003.

On 16 November 2011, the Thuringian Parliament had the Thuringian law for voluntary reorganization circle, national communities in 2011 agreed to a majority. To manage Community Hörsel was dissolved on December 1, 2011 and the rural community Hörsel be re- formed by a voluntary association of the ten municipalities Unteraspach, Ebenheim, Fröttstädt, Hörselgau, Lauchagrund, Mechterstädt, Metebach, Teutleben, Trügleben and wine garden.
