Horst Paulmann

Horst Paulmann Kemna (* 1935 in Kassel, Hesse ) is a German - Chilean entrepreneurs. He is Managing Director of Cencosud, a retail company in South America.

Biography

After the Second World War, the father Paulmann Kemnas, Karl Werner Paul man wandered, first in 1946 to Argentina because he wanted to leave as a former Nazi party member and Lieutenant Colonel of the SS Germany. He had been chief judge since 1942 and Chief of the Central Office of the Courts of the SS and police in Kassel responsible for corruption in the SS. After Paul 's mother had followed with seven sons to Argentina in 1948, this part of the family emigrated to Chile on. 1960 informed the remaining in Germany daughter of the German judicial authorities to request that her father had died in Santiago de Chile in 1958.

Criticism

Paulmann Kemna is due to good connections to the German sparkling wine settlement Colonia Dignidad and torture center in the criticism. He also said to have been an admirer of Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet.
