Horstedt is a municipality in the Lower Saxony Sottrum in the district of Rotenburg (Wümme ) with 1319 inhabitants.

The municipality consists of the villages Clünder, Horstedt, stack and Winkelsdorf.
History
Incorporations
On March 1, 1974, the municipalities stack and Winkelsdorf were incorporated.

Coat of arms
Blazon: In a golden green top, is a modern brick church in side view. Right on the tip of a silver First, standing on four pillars belfry with an attached weather-cock. Links to the church a red arch extension with right rising sloping roof. In the arch is a modern multi-colored glass mosaic. In front is a corner asked golden, held by two golden piles supporting the woodpile. Rear quite inverted golden angle.
