Plain Roller ( Diplogale hosei )

The Plain Roller ( Diplogale hosei ) is a predatory species from the family of civets ( Viverridae ). It is in the northern Borneo endemic and one of the rarest and least known members of its family.

It resembles the closely related bands scooter, but is not patterned as opposed to this, but one color brown. The underside is lighter, usually yellow -gray or reddish. The feet and tail are black.
