Hoshin Kanri

Hoshin management (Jap.方针 管理, Hoshin kanri, dt "Plan Management" ) is a company- wide planning and control system that involves all managers and employees in a systematic Kaskadierungsprozess. In a simultaneous vertical and horizontal coordination are developed from the vision of breakthrough objectives of the company, in order to deduce the essential strategies and objectives for all employees to ensure that all employees are focused on the same vision and the same goals of the company.
