Location of Hosingen in the district Diekirch
Hosingen ( Luxembourgish Housen ) is a town in the municipality of Luxembourg Park Hosingen. Until the end of 2011 Hosingen was the chief town of the same name, which belonged to the canton of Clervaux. The community Hosingen was merged on 1 January 2012 with Consthum and Hoscheid to community park Hosingen.

Transmitter
Near Hosingen the Broadcasting Center Europe, a subsidiary of RTL Group operates since 1970 a transmitter for FM and TV ( Lage50.0207446.104728521 ). As antenna support a 300 meter high guyed steel tube mast comes with two meters in diameter are used. The transmission tower is the tallest structure of Hosingen Luxembourg.
Activities
Since the end of 2013, the municipality has a water park which was located near the elementary school.
In autumn 2011, the Luxembourg army led around Hosingen by an exercise with drones.
