Howard County (Nebraska)

Howard County is a county located in the state of Nebraska in the United States. The administrative headquarters ( County Seat), Saint Paul, which was by JN and NJ Paul, two early settlers named.

Geography

Howard County was formed in 1871. It was named after Union General Oliver Otis Howard.
