Howie Day

Howie Day ( born January 15, 1981 in Bangor, Maine) is an American singer and songwriter.

Career

Howie Day was influenced by artists such as Richard Ashcroft, Jeff Buckley, U2, Radiohead and Dave Matthews. At 15, he made ​​his first appearance. First he played cover songs later, he began writing his own songs and sang before a live audience. He plays guitar, sings, and takes samples on to an effector ( line 6).

Under the title of Australia in 2000 he brought out his first album. The recordings he financed himself and released it at the indie label Daze Records.
