Hrdějovice

Hrdějovice ( German Hartowitz ) is located along a railway line and the main road sprawling village in the region of South Bohemia, Czech Republic. It is located five kilometers north of the city of České Budějovice.

History

1350, the village was first mentioned. Thus Bušek, pastor of Budweis, has sold the rectory to his subordinates on 16 October 1350. The district Opatovice is first mentioned in 1378. The village belonged to the district of České Budějovice.

Description: Silver and blue split, split a rose with slugs in confused colors of red and gold. It floats a golden crown of leaves.
