HSBC Private Bank ( Suisse) SA is a company specializing in asset management Swiss bank based in Geneva. It is a subsidiary of the British HSBC and created in 2001 through the reorganization of the Swiss private banking activities of HSBC.

HSBC Private Bank ( Suisse) SA is mainly engaged in asset management for private and institutional investors as well as securities lending business. With total assets of 67.3 billion Swiss francs, it is the largest foreign-controlled and overall the fifth largest bank in Switzerland. Assets under management amounted to 186 billion Swiss francs, which HSBC Private Bank ( Suisse) SA is positioning itself as number 6 in the Swiss wealth management business. The company employs 2'469 people and generated 2007 net profit of 665 million francs. The Bank is, (Bahamas ) and represent new addition to its headquarters in Geneva, Zurich, Lugano, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Singapore, Nassau since 2010 in Gstaad.

On 31 March 2009, also for the HSBC Group owned but independently managed so far HSBC Guyer Zeller Bank HSBC Private Bank ( Suisse) has been integrated.
