HTOL

HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life) - is a reliability test in microelectronics. The microcircuits are exposed to a higher voltage during the test, and relatively high temperatures.

Sometimes HTOL brought together in term of "Lifetime Test", " Device Life Test" or " Extended burn-in test ".
