Hu Na

Hu Na (Chinese胡 娜, Pinyin Hu Nà; born April 16, 1963 in Chengdu, People's Republic of China) is a former tennis player. After they had settled on a journey of China's national tennis team through California, led to the incident in 1983 also to a diplomatic imbroglio between the U.S. and China.

Since then, Hu Na commented on tennis broadcasts for television stations in Taiwan and the USA. In fall 2011, she returned for the first time back to China and commented for the Taiwanese television the tournament in Beijing. In an interview conducted in July 2003 interview with Chinese journalists she regretted her decision at that time and led solely on sporting grounds and her then youthful age as reasons.
