Hua Mei (giant panda)

Hua Mei (Chinese华美(Traditional), Chinese华美(simplified ) translation: " China / USA"; born August 21, 1999) is a female Giant Panda. She arrived at the San Diego Zoo by artificial insemination to the world and is considered the first panda bear offspring who reached adulthood in the United States.
