Huai'an District

Huai'an (淮安 区; Pinyin: Huai'an Qū ) is a municipality of the prefecture-level city of Huai'an in Jiangsu Province, China. It has an area of 1,439 square kilometers and has approximately 1.23 million inhabitants ( 2001). Its main town is the large village Huaicheng (淮 城镇).
