Huai Rat District

Amphoe Huai Council ( Thai: อำเภอ ห้วย ราช ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) of Buriram Province. The Buriram province is located in the northeast region of Thailand, the so-called Isaan.

Geography

Neighboring districts ( from east clockwise): Amphoe the Krasang, Mueang Buriram, Ban Dan and Satuek. All Amphoe located in the province of Buriram.

History

Huai Council was on 1 April 1990 initially as a sub-district ( King Amphoe ) was established by the five Tambon Huai Council, Sam Waeng, Ta ​​Sao, Ban Tako and Sanuan were separated from Amphoe Mueang Buriram. On September 8, 1995 Huai Council was promoted to Amphoe.

Management

The district of Huai advice is divided into eight subdistricts (tambon ), which are further subdivided into 80 villages ( Muban ).

Huai Council ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ห้วย ราช ) is also the name of a small town ( thesaban tambon) in the district, it consists of parts of the tambon Huai Council and the whole Tambon Huai Racha.

There are also six " Tambon Administrative Organizations" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - administrative organizations).
