Huaiyin District, Huai'an

The city Huaiyin District (淮阴 区; Pinyin: Huaiyin Qū ) is a municipality of the prefecture-level city of Huai'an in Jiangsu Province, China. It has an area of 1,264 square kilometers and has about 850,000 inhabitants ( 2004). Its main town is the large village Wangying (王营镇).
