Huang Huahua

Huang (Chinese黄华华; * 1946 in Xingning, Guangdong Province) is a politician in the People's Republic of China.

Huang joined the Communist Party of China in 1971. He earned his doctorate at the Party School and at the Sun Yat -sen University. He put his entire career back in his home province and was there from 1988 to 1992 and mayor of Meizhou 1998-2002 Party Secretary of the Communist Party in Guangzhou.

From 2003 to November 2011, Huang was governor of Guangdong Province. In his former deputy Zhu Xiaodan followed after.

He was or is a member of the 16th and 17th Party Congress. Since November 2011 he has been Vice-Chairman of the Committee for Overseas Chinese Affairs of the National People's Congress.
