Huang Quan (Three Kingdoms)

Huáng Quan (Chinese黄 权/黄 权) was a Chinese general of the late Han Dynasty and the Three Kingdoms period.

He originally served the warlord Liu Zhang and warned him in the year 211 of the impending attack of the warlord Liu Bei, Liu Zhang but made ​​no counter preparations. After Liu had taken over the case of the Yi Province, Huang Quan joined him. In the year 222, he followed his master on his last campaign against the rival Sun Quan, which ended in a crushing defeat at the Battle of Xiaoting.
