Huang Sui

Huang Sui (Chinese黄 穗, Pinyin Huang Sui; born January 8, 1982 in Hunan Province ) is a badminton player from the People's Republic of China.

Career

In 2000, Huang Lu Ying won the German Open in women's doubles.

Huang took for China in badminton at the 2004 Olympics in women's doubles with her partner Gao Ling part. They had a bye in the first round and beat in the second round Chin Eei Hui and Wong Pei Tty of Malaysia. In the quarterfinals, Huang and Gao Ann -Lou Jørgensen and Rikke Olsen conquered from Denmark with 15:6, 15:7. They won the semifinal against Zhao Tingting and Wei Yili of China with 15:10, 17:14, but lost the final against Zhang Jiewen and Yang Wei, also from China, with 7:15, 15:4, 15:8 to the silver medal win. For this, the two won in 2004 the final of the Badminton Swiss Open.

In 2005 she won with her partner Gao Ling both the women's doubles final at the German Open and the at the All England 2005.

In 2006 she won the finals at the All England, China Masters, Malaysia Open, Macau Open and the Japan Open. At the 2006 World Cup held in Madrid, Individual Huang Sui was together with Gao Ling medalist in women's doubles. The title could not defend 2007. They lost in the final of their compatriots Yang Wei and Zhang Jiewen in straight sets 16:21 and 19:21.

Following her playing career, she moved to Australia.
