Huang Xiaoxiao

Huang Xiaoxiao (Chinese黄 潇潇, Pinyin Huang Xiaoxiao, born 3 March 1983) is a Chinese athlete who had won the Asian Championships in the 400 - meter hurdles twice.

After they had occupied 7th place at the Universiade 2003 in Daegu in the 400 - meter race, she won silver on the hurdle track. In 56.10 seconds, she had only the German Maren Schott beaten. A month later, she won the Asia Cup in Manila on the hurdle track gold in 55.66 seconds. At the 2004 Olympics in Athens, she was eliminated in the semifinals.

The following year, she reached the finals for the first time at a world championship when she was at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 2005 in 54.57 seconds in five. A month later she won in 55.63 seconds at the Asian Championships in Incheon and thus defended their title successfully. Also at the Asian Games 2006 in Doha, she was successful, she won in 55.41 seconds.

At the 2007 World Championships in Osaka she improved her personal best in the semi-finals at 54.00 seconds. In the final, she ran 54.15 seconds and was like two years earlier Fifth.

At a height of 1.81 m her competition weight is 62 kg.
