Hugo Stiglitz
Hugo Stiglitz ( Hugo Stieglitz, born August 28, 1940 in Mexico City) is a Mexican actor, film director, producer and screenwriter.
Life
As an actor, he was a star in the 1970s and 1980s in Mexico and was a favorite actor of director Cardona family in their action-heavy adventure and horror movies. He also filmed several movies in Hollywood ( Under the Volcano ) and Italy ( major attack of the zombies ). His filmography lists over 210 movies as an actor. Since the late 1990s, he is mostly seen in low-cost direct-to- video goods.
Several times he also directed; next he produced several of his films and worked as an independent writer. Director Quentin Tarantino named the sergeant played by Til Schweiger in his film Inglourious Basterds after him.
