Huguette Dreyfus

Huguette Dreyfus ( born November 30, 1928 in Mulhouse in Alsace ) is a French harpsichordist.

Huguette Dreyfus received as a five- year-old first piano lessons. At age eleven she already studied at the Conservatory of Clermont- Ferrand, where he completed five years later the piano with distinction. They moved to the École Normale de Musique de Paris and completed his studies with a diploma. At the Conservatory inflamed their strong affinity for harpsichord compositions. About the Accademia Musicale Chigiana in Siena she continued her musical career in 1963 with the Chamber Orchestra Paul Kuentz in the U.S., where the ensemble was able to celebrate their successes. It acts as a teacher, lecturer and musicologist. In 1967 she became a professor at the Paris Schola Cantorum and also taught at the Sorbonne.
