Hull and Barnsley Railway

The Hull and Barnsley Railway ( H & BR) was a British railway company that existed from 1885 to 1922. The length of the situated mostly in Yorkshire rail network was 171 kilometers. Its main line ran from Kingston upon Hull to Cudworth. The main workshops were in Kingston upon Hull.

At 1922, the H & BR went up in the North Eastern Railway. With the entry into force of the Railways Act 1921 on 1 January 1923, the North Eastern Railway went into the London and North Eastern Railway.
