Humate

Humate was a German music project. It was first founded in 1992 by three DJs Gerret Frerichs, Oliver Huntemann and Patrick Kjonberg. After the departure of Huntemann and Kjonberg Frerichs led it on as a solo project. 1998 succeeded Humate Love Stimulation with the track a classic of the Dream House.

The track was originally released in 1993 on Berlin trance label MFS and circulated at first only by European clubs. Five years later, the record label Jive Records took a custom built by Paul van Dyk remix to his repertoire and he rose after the release as a single to number 18 of the British pop charts.

Other famous tracks include sound and 3.1, both of which were played by Sven Väth in the Hr3 Club Night.

Although subsequently emerged more tracks, the band could not build on this success.
