Hume - Jorquenay is a commune in the Haute- Marne Champagne -Ardenne region. The municipality belongs to the canton of the same name Langres Langres arrondissement. Geography
Hume - Jorquenay lies on the west bank of the Marne. Less than 100 meters to the east of the meandering Marne is the Canal entre Champagne et Bourgogne.

Hume - Jorquenay is located on the Route nationale 19 from Paris to Basel between cities Chaumont and Langres in the north to the south. The road connects the town also with the A31 a few miles north of the community (junction Langres -Nord). The municipality had a small station on the railway line Paris -Mulhouse.
