Hun Sen

In view of the many years planned International Khmer Rouge Tribunal Hun Sen is accused to have the indictment and conviction of participating in the genocide of 1975-1979 Khmer Rouge functionaries deliberately delayed for years. At the request of Hun Sen's several leading Khmer Rouge leaders, Khieu Samphan and Ieng among other Sary has already been amnestied.
