Hungaroton

The focus of Hungaroton is always on classical and popular music. During the time as a state enterprise created more than 10,000 recordings that were exported increased since the mid- 1960s. Even in that decade was followed by the change of name on Hungaroton and the creation of sub-labels Bravo, Krém and Pepita in the field of popular music.

1998 were merged to form the present company Hungaroton Records Hungaroton Gong Hungaroton and Classic. The emphasis is still on classic recordings, a small part of the annual publications also consists of re-releases.
