Hwang Ok-sil

Hwang Ok -sil ( Kor. 황옥 실; born March 25, 1972 in Pyongyang ) is a North Korean Shorttrackerin.

Hwang won the bronze medal at the 1992 Winter Olympic Games in Albertville over 500 m. This was the second medal that North Korea could ever win at the Olympic Winter Games after Han Pil -hwa in 1964 in Innsbruck won silver in speed skating.
