Hydro-erosive grinding

Hydroerosive processing, also Hydroerosives loops ( HE- loops), Eng. Hydro- erosive grinding ( HEG ), is a subtractive fabrication process in which a is offset with abrasive particles abrasive liquid under high pressure up to 120 bar were pumped through the workpiece.

Application

Hydroerosive the processing is preferably used for deburring. Particularly in the production of diesel engines, the hydroerosive grinding is used to round the injection holes on the inside in the nozzle bodies.
